My Story
Hi, I’m Nir – Serial Entrepreneur, Investor, and a business & product leader.
- I raised a total of over $80M from institutional VCs, strategic VCs and leading angels from Silicon Valley, Europe and Asia, including Eric Schmidt (CEO @ Google) and Paul Maritz (CEO @ VMWare).
- I successfully closed a total of 5 equity rounds, 4 Convertible (SAFE) financing rounds and 2 venture debt financing.
- I raised money when I hit my company targets, I raised money when I didn’t hit my company targets (Including a 70% oversubscribed Series B round when I didn’t hit my targets).
- I raised my first $2M equity round without a single line of code written.
Investors that backed me

- I built a company from the drawing board into becoming a leader in the data integration space, “escaping velocity” (Over $10m in ARR) and it got acquired by Google.
- The biggest deal my company closed was a $4.54M deal, prepaid for 3 years with GSK a Fortune 100 Healthcare Conglomerate.
- I built a marketing engine that generated qualified leads every day passively, using sophisticated hybrid marketing strategy and analytical approach to lead generation.
Key Customers I’ve Won

- I’ve built strategic partnerships with leading companies in the echosystem.
- My company had 7 M&A processes in various stages over the years from different strategic buyers.
I said “NO” to multiple high 8 digit acquisition offers. - My company ended up being acquired by Google.
- I led an organization in 3 regions – US, Europe and Asia, built an EQ-driven culture that promoted relentless business execution achieving seemingly impossible milestones.
But most importantly, I’ve made a TON of mistakes.
Seriously, thousands of mistakes. I made mistakes in every part of the journey, I sometimes made multiple mistakes on the same topic, at different stages of the business.
The biggest problem was that every stage was new, I didn’t know at each stage what I’m suppose to know. I had no engine, so I figured out strategic elements (what I should have done at that point in time) 6 quarters too late on average. It felt like I’m constantly BEHIND.
I kept asking myself, how did I just NOW find out how to do this, or that I was supposed to do this at all
So I’ve made it my mission to teach the “Startup Engine”
.
My mission became to to teach entrepreneurs the proven formula.
I spent time working with hundreds of startups, super early stage (pre funding), all the way to $10m+ ARR companies, to impact their outcomes by teaching them what I have learned “in blood”, building my own company.
Using this comprehensive training experience with these startups, I perfected a founder transformation methodology I call – “The Startup Engine”. Finally, I started Startup10x to teach founders how execute 10x faster, 10x better, and 10x their company value.
